Pacific NorthWest Art School Hosts Photo Exhibit

The Pacific NorthWest Art School in Coupeville, Washington was packed on June 4, 2016 for a public lecture by former National Geographic photographer Sam Abell. Sam's talk on his lengthy career with National Geographic and his approach to creating images that "have a life" coincided with an exhibition of photographs by Sam's alumni students from PNAS.  Both Ted Nodwell and Evelyn Nodwell had images in the exhibition, which was a fund-raiser for PNAS's 30th anniversary. Sam Abell has been leading summer workshops at the Pacific NorthWest Art School for 16 years. The exhibition was curated by Vancouver photographer Janice Williams.
